En los planes de calidad se detalla cómo se va a realizar la gestión de calidad en el proyecto incluyendo cuáles son los procedimientos aplicables, PPI, …. También existen otros tipos de planes, como el Plan de Seguridad y Salud, y el Plan de Medio Ambiente. Normalmente se usan para guardar en un mismo archivador toda la información planes, registros… sobre un proyecto ya acabado, para poder certificar que las actividades se han realizado conforme a los procedimientos. En el caso de realizar proyectos para un cliente, muchas veces se exige que se elabore y entregue un Plan de Calidad al principio del proyecto, y un Dossier final de calidad al acabar. Partes de un procedimiento Una vez definido qué es un procedimiento, pasamos a detallar qué apartados debe incluir: — Portada: La primera página del procedimiento suele incluir el título, código, fecha de redacción, numero de versión o revisión , índice de contenido, número total de páginas, nombre y firmas de las personas que lo han preparado, revisado y aprobado y de quien realiza el control de calidad, si aplica. Además, en el alcance se explican los puntos que incluye y que no incluye el mismo. Este apartado es el más importante del procedimiento, y el que más espacio suele ocupar.
